Personal Assistant (Stenographer Grade-III)
Responsibilities include handling official correspondence, taking dictation, and assisting officers in administrative work. Candidates must possess stenography skills along with a bachelor’s degree.

Librarian
Responsible for managing books, maintaining library records, and assisting in organizing information within libraries. Candidates must have qualification in library science.

Upper Division Clerk (UDC)
Responsible for clerical and administrative tasks such as maintaining records, preparing documents, and supporting daily office operations.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

Additional requirements depending on the post:

• Personal Assistant: Stenography diploma

• Librarian: Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Library Science

• UDC: Bachelor's Degree or six-month computer diploma
